Mulanay and the Factory of the business in Catanauan because this area is the nearest area to sell. The product in the area had no availability of the product.

v The product is unique compared to the currently produced product in the area.
v The tikoy currently produced in the area have no similar
taste like the proposed product.
v In some portion of the area there is no available tikoy
product so that the proponent chosen this area to promote the products as the expected outlet.
v There are passable by vehicles and easy to travel on the near place for selling
of the product and it may not cost much for the business.
