The proposed business, “FC Tikoy Production” will be located at Brgy. 09 Catanauan, Quezon.  Strategically this proposed site is chosen for the following reason:

  The location is near the highway.  This is deal for delivery of goods and supplies.  Prospective buyers can easily locate and reach the area.  Relatively lesser expense on howling or transporting of goods and supply.

  The location is near the center of the Municipal of Catanauan Quezon.  As one of more popular place in Bondoc Peninsula a business at the center which more people residing has greater advantage in marketing of goods produced.  Normally people refer to buy at the nearest store to save time and expenses on transportation.

  The location is passably by any vehicle.  It is easier to distribute the products to different target costumer.  There is no need of double hourly.
